General Duties:

  • Attend general meetings.
  • Participate in Committee decisions as required
  • Participate in other Committee activities as required


  • Send reminder notices to committee members for all committee meetings
  • Coordinate and produce the agenda for all committee meetings
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute copies to committee members, within one week of the meeting
  • Keep record of all minutes of meetings
  • Assist in formulation of letters for grants
  • Assist the President and Vice President with duties associated with the Annual General Meeting
